DOSAGE
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

CAUTIONS

Last year I was prescribed Ezitimibe to lower LDL cholesterol. It worked very well & lowered my LDL to a good level. However, within a month I began to have stomach problems. This drug works directly on the Gut & it caused me many side effects. These included stomach ache, indigestion, bloating, gas, nausea & reflux. To treat these side effects I took indigestion tablets & gas relieving capsules, which only worked partially. After 9 months I could no longer tolerate these problem & was most concerned about what was happening to my Gut microbiome; I stopped taking them. I took Nature's Sunshine high strength Globe Artichoke supplements & within the month my Gut had returned to normal; I had no problems. I recommend this product wholeheartedly for problems such as those I experienced.
