Berberine has performed like it was stated on the bottle.

Berberine. At first I didn’t see any results. After finishing my 1st bottle. I definitely feel slimmer In my hips and backside areas. Have lost weight on my last doctors checkup. Very subtle change indeed. Very happy lady now

Great supplement with many benefits!

Been using Berberine now for 6 weeks and it has been great. I feel good and my appetite has been lessened meaning I'm losing weight as well as keeping my blood sugar levels to a more acceptable level. I will keep using this as it has a lot of benefits.

I've researched and have seen that many say it takes up to 3 months to see results.
I'm into the beginning of my 3rd month now,so looking forward to seeing.
Haven't noticed huge difference yet.Does seem to make me regular which has been great.I did start with just the two pills a day as found the 3rd one near dinner seemed to affect my sleep.In the form of one pill a day would be great.Im still hopeful,looking forward to the 3 month mark.I did start exercising as well.
