Not vegan

I'm pretty disapointed that it doesn't state on the bottle that the capsules are made from gelatin. My daughter is vegetarian and now won't take them after asking if the product is vegetarian/vegan and since checking online, I've found out that it isn't. And they weren't cheap.

Most of our capsules are sourced from Beef (bovine) gelatin. We are slowly transitioning our capsules to vege capsules and those which are in vege capsules is stated on the front of the bottle. We do understand your frustration and we have passed on your feedback to our product development team.
Some vegans are happy to open the capsule and consume the powder, there are no animal products in the powders. If your daughter is not comfortable opening the capsules and consuming the powder, we are more then happy to provide you with a refund.

Burdock for dry and flaky skin

I’m still testing it’s effectiveness on extreme dry flaky skin. I don’t expect the product to perform miracles but just in case it does I’ve started off on 3 capsules per day. My skin is still dry and flaky but not as much so I’ll be increasing to six capsules per day from next week ... ensuring I’m also well hydrated.
