I decided to try it as a naturopath recommended it for bone density.
I'm quite happy with the Collagen Premium Peptides - I have it with my coffee in the morning.
I've noticed my nails are stronger and not losing hair (i.e. nowhere near as much as before).

Efficient but not good taste

i have noticed my hair loss became less and nails are stronger, but its taste is not pleasant, it doesnt blend well in cold or room temp drinks like juice. I had to cancel the subscription bc it is really hard to disguise that taste.

I've been consistently taking a collagen supplement for a few years and I've had noticeably the best results with this product.

Good Product

I've read a couple of reviews stating the collagen powder does not dissolve fully and gets stuck to the spoon. This is true initially but after a minute or so it fully dissolves. Even after drinking my tea I try to look for clumps, or something stuck to the spoon, but it's fully dissolved.

Hard to dissolve in coffe

Like a few others mentioned it is very difficult to break up the powders. It clumps up into hard balls quickly. My natural path doctor recommended I purchased this brand at her office while at my visit. Very disappointing because it wasn't cheap
